NBC to Re-Air Law & Order: Special Victims Unit Episode “Personal Fouls”

On January 25, 2012 at 10 pm Eastern NBC will re-air ‘Personal Fouls,’ an insightful and moving episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. It’s the story of men who were sexually abused by a powerful basketball coach dangling the keys to the NBA – and the dedicated police who help bring him to justice.

First aired in September of 2011, for its 8 million viewers the episode served as a prelude to the Penn State and Syracuse stories.

1in6 is honored to have consulted on the script, as well as a 2-minute public service announcement (PSA) linked to the show.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners at NBC and the Joyful Heart Foundation, to the show’s actors, especially Mariska Hargitay, Ice T and Danny Pino, to the director, Jim McKay, to Bryan Goluboff, who wrote the inspired script, to creator/executive producer Dick Wolf, and to all of the producers and staff of Law & Order: SVU.

See the PSA at men.joyfulheartfoundation.org, and a special message from Mariska Hargitay that aired just before the show.

You can watch the episode (for $1.99) on Amazon, and please consider using the Viewer Guide created by 1in6.
