College Campus Campaign

Typically men wait until their 30’s, 40’s or even later before beginning to deal with the negative effects of unwanted or abusive sexual experiences in childhood. By reaching out to young men on college campuses we will encourage them to begin their recovery processes earlier in life, before negative behaviors and thinking become adult habits.

Our College Campaign, which started locally with 5 campuses, USC, UCLA, Cal State Northridge, Cal State Fullerton and Pasadena City College, has moved nationwide with presentations and materials being sent to such colleges as Penn State, Harvard University, Hood College, Columbia University and others. It is only through collaborations such as these that we can begin to break the myths and misconceptions that are so prevalent about male survivors.

We plan to expand our campaign to five more local colleges. We will also begin to pilot webinars, awareness campaigns, and trainings to reach any man who may need help on a college campus.

Additionally, as part of our efforts to ensure that colleges leverage their own services and raise awareness about their own services, we can-for no charge-cobrand our Rack Card with the logo and contact information of any club, or counseling center, or department.
This page will be updated with our latest outreach efforts and how you can get involved in your community!
